About the role:

As a Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for working closely with the local sales team to create and execute high-touch marketing programs and events. You will work on generating quality pipeline, and progress prospects through the sales cycles, and closing the loop with insights and feedback on the ground.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting creative and untraditional events that garner new interest from our target audience, as well as community-oriented events for our existing customers in the market. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting and executing a variety of field marketing initiatives and iterating on current event programs based on results/outcomes.

What will you be doing?
  • Be responsible for building a revenue pipeline for our local sales team through marketing efforts including events, content, digital marketing and email nurturing campaigns
  • Strategize, build and execute all aspects of event coordination including pre-event research and post-event evaluations
  • Be the local owner of Aspire's multiple community efforts
  • Direct marketing efforts from content creation to nurture email campaigns, including lead warming and scoring, lead management, etc.
  • Be the voice of the customer for your market - understand customer needs to inform marketing strategies
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • At least 3 years in field marketing with B2B experience (you must have worked in marketing with a sales setup), preferably in a startup or untraditional environment
  • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and end-to-end marketing programs, with a keen attention to detail
  • A unique blend of being highly analytical but with great content and relationship management skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while having acute attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator
