About the Role

As a Sales Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales development efforts and driving revenue growth. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales Development and be responsible for conducting data analysis, lead sourcing, leads management, performance analysis, leads scoring, and providing Go-to-Market (GTM) segment insights. This high-impact position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What will you be doing?
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential prospects who meet ideal customer profiles (ICPs) of various segments for our SDR team
  • Build lead scoring framework to support SDRs in prioritize leads
  • Use technology and tools to lead gen efficiently and automating existing lead gen process
  • Research different platforms and database to find innovative ways to generate quality leads
  • Extract, manage and allocate leads to SDRs using various databases and tools
  • Lead regular syncs with SDR Leads & reps to iterate and improve on quality of leads based on feedback
  • Research and implement sales enablement solutions to improve conversion metrics
  • Lead and ensuring sales process adoption and compliance by working with a wide range of stakeholders
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and sales/marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, Outreach.io or similar sales efficiency platforms
  • Strong knowledge of B2B lead sourcing databases such as Apollo.io and Crunchbase.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with process automation tools such as UiPath is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and a growth mindset is desirable.
