About the Role:

As a Sales Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales and driving revenue growth across ASEAN. You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and be responsible for conducting data & performance analysis, managing sales efficiency tools (evaluate and propose new AI tools) recommending and providing Go-to-Market (GTM) insights. This high-impact position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

What will you be doing?
  • Optimize and manage sales tools, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
  • Own and manage the sales teams' data and workspaces within Outreach and other sales efficiency tools
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations leadership to identify trends and business opportunities, in order to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results
  • Help improve sales force productivity through the development of new tools leveraging AI (eg: CRM/Dashboards)
  • Enforce Sales Objectives & Key Results (OKR) - build action plans to solve business problems
  • Work collaboratively with sales leaders to continually refine the sales force architecture and territory mapping
  • Analyzing Sales Development Representative (SDR) performance, sales stage conversion rates, sales activities tracking and key metrics such as meetings booked and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated
  • Providing Intelligence to score leads/deals using various databases and tools
  • Support leadership meetings with necessary summary sales and pipeline reporting
  • Lead sales process adoption and compliance by working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Launch and help execute pilot programs to unlock growth opportunities
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in google sheets and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Proven experience in sales analytics, operations and strategy
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Knowledge of B2B lead sourcing databases such as Apollo.io and Crunchbase.
  • Familiarity with sales efficiency tools (outreach.io + salesloft) for email outreach and efficient leads management.
  • Analytical capabilities to proactively propose new sales enhancing tools leveraging AI
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across departments (Sales, marketing, BI, business development, operations, product, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus
