About the role:

We are hiring for the role of a Quality (Senior) Manager

What will you be doing?
  • Lead a team of 3+ Quality Analysts to analyse and improve quality of front-to-back risk operations processes
  • Drive process analysis including comprehensive assessments of existing AML and onboarding processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (from Commercial, Operations, Product etc) to proactively drive improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, focusing on streamlining operations, reducing errors, improving SLAs, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes and metrics for AML and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor and audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to AML and onboarding teams to ensure staff are well-equipped to follow revised processes and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and process improvements within the risk operations space
  • Good understanding of onboarding, AML procedures for financial institutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing a team is essential
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
  • Proactiveness in driving change and willingness to roll-up sleeves and get things done
