Operations Intern

Job Description

• Assistance with daily BAU tasks as required
• Facilitate the onboarding of new PBs, counterparties, and other ad-hoc projects
• Support the business in conversations / discussions
• Support to keep track of various status including monthly report, file review report, quarterly board report and other ad hoc data requests.

Job Requirement

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (if applicable)
• Strong interests in web3, crypto or blockchain
• Independent, meticulous, pro-active, self-motivated, keen to learn
• Previous customer service, sales or account management experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders
• Fluent in Mandarin will be plus - to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
