Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings, coordinate tasks, and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in business analysis
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
- Familiar with release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experiences in project with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical Knowledge in SQL will be added advantage.
- Experience in Banking domain.
- Familiar with Wealth Management business will be added advantage.
The Candidate will act as a project management (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) on Financial Compliance projects: Name Screening, Compliance Reporting & other transversal topics. The Compliance platform is built on LexisNexis Fircosoft product.
