Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings, coordinate tasks, and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in business analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
  • Familiar with release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experiences in project with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge in SQL will be added advantage.
  • Experience in Banking domain.
  • Familiar with Wealth Management business will be added advantage.


The Candidate will act as a project management (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) on Financial Compliance projects: Name Screening, Compliance Reporting & other transversal topics. The Compliance platform is built on LexisNexis Fircosoft product.
