About the role:

Running a financial services business involves more than just complying with rules and regulations; it requires solid defences against financial crime. But equally crucial is ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience, which is vital for our continued growth.

As a Product Intern, your main objective will be to assist the Product team in building and maintaining Aspire bookkeeping solutions that allow our clients to automate their accounting and bookkeeping processes, and help them focus on growing their business.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop solutions to enhance Aspire bookkeeping solutions and processes to resolve any associated customer complaints quickly
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to shape requirements, features and products.
  • Support Product team to manage all products from ideation through sunset. Ensure that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to make significant improvements to the product.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across business, marketing, operations, compliance etc., to develop product strategies addressing the specific needs of each of Aspire's target markets.

  • Studying/graduated from a leading university
  • Demonstrate sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Feel very comfortable with technology and APIs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills - you will be doing a lot of multi-tasking
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • ++ studying/graduated engineering or business
  • ++ have international exposure
  • ++ have prior product internship experience
