About the Role

You will assist in driving Aspire's growth among startups and SMBs by working with VCs, accelerators, industry organizations, and other relevant groups. Working closely with the Ecosystem and Community Partnership Managers, you will assist in the end-to-end strategy and execution in Singapore and beyond.

This role offers the opportunity to build a new customer engagement channel from the ground up - while enjoying support and collaboration within an established team. Success means you will personally have a hand in enabling thousands of businesses to thrive throughout Southeast Asia.

What will I be doing?
  • Event & Program Management - Develop events and programs from planning and execution to post-event tracking to engage the community
  • Program Analytics - Track and evaluate the success of events and programs
  • Ecosystem relationships - Create and capture demand for Aspire's offerings by working with partner organizations across Startups and Web 3 ecosystems throughout Southeast Asia
  • Grow the community - Build and curate a community of finance professionals across the region, developing Aspire as a preeminent partner and thought leader
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Comfortable working in the evening for events when required, and time off will be provided
  • Outgoing personality that enjoys networking with business owners and industry partners
  • Self-driven to "get things done"
  • Internship Commitment: Available for a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
