About The Team

About the Role

You manage Aspire's Product operations. You lead the operational performance of Payment, Card, Credit, Gateway, and Investment products. You report to the COO and are a part of Aspire's leadership team. Through building world class operations, you support Aspire's expansion to new markets.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage the operational performance of our 5 lines of products and their associated teams: Treasury, Cards, Credit, Gateway, and Investment products. E.g., payment success rates & SLAs, product activation rates & SLAs, fraud rates, credit collection rates, customer satisfaction with our product & support, etc.
  • Design and implement a best-in-class operations: Ensure all products we offer are scalable and compliant, continuously automate, simplify and remove operational efforts & requirements
  • Build a high performing team balancing effectivity & cost
  • Launch new products on the market together with the Product & Commercial team
  • Manage the day to day relationship with payment network partners
  • Build and execute the product operations strategy for the next 6 to 24 months
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders - Product, Commercial, Compliance - as well as external stakeholders - vendors, payment partners - to rally everyone around creating a strong and effective product
  • Balance effectively operational and commercial objectives: operating the product effectively & at high performance levels, while supporting the commercial team to grow the revenue
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • You are an experienced leader - Highly self-driven, with a minimum 12 years experience; Track record in operations and in a leadership role in a tech company
  • You make operations run like clockwork - You are highly analytical and structured, you can coach people so they can manage their team autonomously, you can hire a strong team
  • You create, articulate & execute the strategy - You understand the trajectory of the company and create & implement a strategy to support it & bring it to the next level; You can prioritize tasks & targets in a highly unstructured startup environment; You are used to executing tasks today versus tomorrow, and can be hands-on when needed
