Job Description

About the Team

 

We are a digital bank fuelled by passionate people focused on making banking better. GXS holds a Digital Full Bank license in Singapore, backed by a consortium consisting of Grab Holdings Inc. and Singtel.

 

As a People Intern, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be helping mainly in these 2 areas within the HR function:-

 

Employee engagement

1. Develop content and publicity collaterals to grow our GXS employer brand via various channels (eg. GXS Career Page, social media, career sites, networks, professional sites)

3. Create new engagement initiatives to improve staff welfare and make GXS a great place to work (eg. staff gatherings, volunteer opportunities)

4. Support the ideation and launch of GXS culture and values, including toolkits for change management, developing content and designs for various formats (eg. office decor, staff swag)

5. Report on recruiting metrics after careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired, impressions impacted

6. Develop employer branded materials for recruiting events

 

Talent Acquisition

1. Participate in the implementation of hiring toolkits including job description

2. Work with TA project leader and people systems team in process automation and improvement initiatives

3. Participate in early career campus activities including marketing, branding and university relations handling

4. Research and study of recruitment trends; support TA lead in quarterly insights report preparation

5. Support the logistics aspects of tech graduate program such as coordinating interviews and assessments, compiling scores, scheduling assessments, etc.

 

Requirements

1. Previous internship experience in HR preferred but not necessary

2. Familiarity with design software such as Canva, video editing software is a bonus

3. Basic proficiency in Google ie. gsheets, gdocs

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to easily establish and build rapport with others

5. Professional attitude with an ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

6. Thrive in a fast paced startup environment

7. Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3 to 6 months)
