Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule without compromising quality.
- Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation support following SDLC and Agile
- Bring the project teams together and collaborate closely to deliver the project/release.
- Communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage change requests.
- Working on regular basis with vendor.
- Enforce the Bank’s project management policies and procedures.
Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience as IT Project manager
- Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Banking.
- High level techical understanding of Unix/Linux and Databases
- Good understanding and knowledge of key web app technologies (Web services and REST APIs)
- Good understanding and knowledge of key security subjects (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates)
- Strong strategist and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator, cross culture exposure and people understanding.
- Knowledge on Supply Chain financing, Accounting and Payments preferable.
The position is required to provide on-site Project management as part of Supply Chain Financing IT team. The project manager manage project related to IT platform (Connexis Supply Chain) to support business growth, to improve service to clients, and to improve bank operational efficiency. The position is required to participate and contribute in all phases planning, requirement, design, testing and implementation of global scope projects planned in Connexis Supply Chain Roadmap.
