Senior Business Analyst Core banking

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking product implementation and configuration.
• Analyze and propose solutions for functionality and process gaps between European and Asian sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and integrate new requirements into the program.
• Develop functional solutions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Define implementation roadmaps in coordination with technical teams.
• Drive definition of use cases for Integration and User Acceptance Tests.
• Manage decision-making processes and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure a global perspective in addressing requirements for all sites.
• Conduct preliminary studies, cost estimation, and planning.
• Coordinate and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests for new implementations.

Candidate profile:

• At least 10 years of experience in Banking Industry, as a Business Analyst
• Expert knowledge and experience in TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking platform for wealth management, understand the various flows and functions, familiar with system parameterization and configuration.
• Knowledge in end-to-end Payment System knowledge (exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement), Client and Account data management, (nice to have) Derivatives, (nice to have) Regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio
• Fluent in SQL queries and data analysis, data modeling.
• Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus
• Proficient with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
