Responsibilities:

Application Support:

  • Provide global support for Supply Chain and regional Trade Finance systems.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and manage resulting action items.
  • Coordinate across teams for production issue resolution.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Respond to user requests, incidents, and problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Communicate status updates on issues to business users, management, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience, showcasing a blend of technical and functional skills.
  • Solid background in application production support.
  • Technical proficiency in JAVA/J2EE/TIBCO platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications.
  • Strong team player with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results and client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and promptly escalate issues.
  • Flexibility for shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call support.
  • Competent in ORACLE PL/SQL, JAVA/J2EE, and Unix/Linux commands.
  • Familiarity with various technologies, security practices, and ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of database performance and SQL tuning is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain and Trade Finance.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts.


As an Application Production Support Analyst, you'll ensure the stability of global Supply Chain and regional Trade Finance applications.
