Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with below Job description;

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital banking platforms (OBDX, OBVAM, CBX, FCC) with a focus on corporate banking, cash management, and virtual accounts.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps based on market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UI/UX, compliance, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality features.
  • Engage directly with bank stakeholders to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure business alignment across multi-country implementations.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, PI planning, and retrospectives in SAFe and Scrum environments.
  • Manage SIT/UAT cycles, ensure traceability of requirements, and resolve production issues (L3) for large-scale banking clients.
  • Provide domain expertise on cash management services, virtual accounts, liquidity management (sweeping, pooling), payments, and trade finance.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, create functional specifications, and deliver client presentations/demos.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+years in business analysis and product ownership within digital banking, fintech, or enterprise banking software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in corporate banking, cash management, virtual account management (VAM), payments, and liquidity solutions. Familiarity with banking APIs, host-to-host integrations, and SWIFT/SEPA protocols.
  • Product & Project Management: Proven experience in roadmap planning, epic/user story creation, and backlog prioritization using JIRA, Aha, or similar tools. Exposure to SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Kanbanmethodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of core banking integrations, middleware, API management, and performance tuning.
  • o Proficiency with tools like Confluence, JIRA, Power BI/Tableau, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Testing & QA: Hands-on experience in supporting and managing SIT/UAT, collaborating with QA teams and vendors.
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities. Experience working with international teamsand coordinating across geographies (e.g., Singapore, UK, Middle East, India).
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Working knowledge of banking regulations, data security standards, and complianceframeworks.
  • Other Traits: Proactive, analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving, and a strong customer-centric approach.
