Business Development Director

$12000 - $18000 monthly
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the financial sector in the region.
3. Market and promote our banking solutions and professional services to drive sales and revenue growth.
4. Build and maintain good relationships with our clients in the banking and financial sector.
5. Collaborate with the executive team to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder or above in Business, Engineering or related disciplines.
2. 10+ years of experience in IT solutions selling in the region.
3. Knowledge or experience in Wealth Management / Banking operation is an advantage.
4. Strong business sense and business focus mindset.
5. Strong sense of commitment, accountability and self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
