Business Support Executive

We are a fast-growing fintech and technology company looking for a highly capable Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines digital marketing responsibilities with executive support duties. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with experience in Facebook Ads, social media marketing, Google SEO, and preferably payment industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook
• Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Perform Google SEO activities to improve website visibility and traffic
• Support the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate and follow up with various payment channels and providers (e.g., Stripe, banks) on project timelines and onboarding progress
• Communicate effectively with the technical team based in China to ensure smooth execution of technical requirements
• Prepare reports, assist in client communications, and support the sales team when needed
