Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent relationship management, timely issue resolution, and proactive engagement to drive partner success.
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions, handle queries, prepare data, and communicate key messages, for internal and external usage.
- Identify new business opportunities for your accounts, through understanding of their business priorities and challenges.
Reporting & Operational Management
- Responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth execution of key operational processes such as contracting, invoicing, and marketing campaigns.
- Track and report progress of partnership KPIs
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end contracting process for new and existing projects, including drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, reconciliation, and resolution of any payment-related issues. Plus, management of budgets.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns for clients, collaborating with internal & external teams to ensure campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Corporate Security Responsibility
- Abide by company's security policies and practices.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information accessed.
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
- Complete all mandatory security training as per company guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, business development, or sales within the payments, fintech, issuing, or merchant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing contracting and invoicing processes, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Track record of supporting and executing marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Resilient, organized, and able to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Positive outlook and ability to build rapport and good working relationships.
