Job Description
What will you do?
- Design and execute marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition, conversion, retention.
- Track, monitor and analyse campaign-related data (views, user growth, conversion, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Data Team to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, marketing programs, and growth channels.
- Gain a deep understanding of user behaviors and preferences across different regions and markets.
- Support localization efforts for campaigns, ensuring that programs are appropriately tailored to each target market.
What do you need to bring with you?
- Specialization in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management.
- A passion for crypto and blockchain technology (prior experience in crypto trading/events is a plus)
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and a second language(to support localization work).
- Ability to commit for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
