About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Solutions Engineer to lead cutting-edge product development, leveraging your expertise in ML technologies to drive innovation. Collaborate with dynamic teams, shape user experiences, and propel our company to new heights with your technical prowess and strategic vision.
You will:
- Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to develop and enhance features related to identity verification and anti-fraud functionalities. Your role will involve both the application of existing AI models and the exploration of innovative approaches to improve product performance and user experience.
- Design and implement solutions with a sharp focus on user needs, ensuring the product is intuitive, effective, and delivers value by addressing real-world identity verification challenges.
- Work closely with algorithm engineers, data scientists, product managers, and the engineering team to define product requirements, design solutions, and bring AI-driven features to market.
- Employ a fast-paced, iterative development process, emphasizing quick learning and adaptation based on user feedback and data insights. Be willing to experiment and pivot strategies as needed to meet the evolving demands of the market.
- Ensure the product not only meets current needs but is also scalable and secure, with a robust architecture that supports future growth and technological advancements.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in product development, specifically with applications in AI, machine learning, or computer vision technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and machine learning (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of the challenges and best practices in identity verification, with a focus on document and biometric verification technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Agile development experience, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
