Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a strong people-first culture.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract top fintech professionals.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics to provide insights on workforce planning and decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment through effective HR policies and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably within fintech or technology-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Proven experience in scaling HR functions within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change and build a strong company culture.
