As a Director of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to be a key player in our mission to disrupt the traditional investment industry and change the game for investors around the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships with financial advisors, wealth managers, family offices and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the alternative investment industry, including fund managers and other service providers.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closing, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies, product offerings, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in business development or sales in the financial services industry. Alternative Product Specialist /Investment Specialist will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of alternative investments and the investment landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
