Adecco is collaborating with a well-established Fintech firm with more than 20 years of history in the sector.
They are hiring for a Merchant Acquisition Team Leader for their team expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic acquisition and leading a team of Merchant Acquisition specialists.
The Job:
- Develop and maintain strategic merchant relationships with a focus on acquisition and engagement to enhance market presence.
- Formulate and execute merchant acquisition plans aligning with organizational growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive environment
- Oversee team performance via establishing KPIs and progress tracking measures.
The Talent:
- At least 8 years of Sales Acquisition and Relationship Management Experience
- Familiarity with Payments industry
- Capability in Communication and Negotiation with Decision Makers
- Good sales acumen and experience in implementing sales strategies.
- Strong Leadership Capabilities to lead and manage a team.
