Job Description

Due to the continual growth of the company, Linnovate Partners is recruiting Lead Generation Executive based at our Singapore Office. We are looking for a strong self-starter to further business opportunities and actively increase revenue. The person will be responsible for creating lucrative opportunities, before passing them on to our experienced Client Success Management team.


  • Conduct market research, track maintain and updated potential business leads through cold call/warm call, meeting, networking, and other channel.
  • Actively identify potential clients and update the sales pipeline in a timely manner.
  • Conduct prospects to qualify leads.
  • Monitor competition and market trend, liaise, and execute Lead generation up to market practice.
  • Direct marketing, EDM management to key clients and prospects.
  • Coordinating in developing new business niche, up-sales of existing client; achieve Sales target.
  • Assist in owning KPIs and analytics to report on the success, learnings, and other key insights from campaigns, marketing tests, and channels.
  • Assist and prepare new business proposals and /or Sales presentation to targeted potential business niche.
  • Handle existing clients’ enquiry in a professional manner.
  • Retain existing clients and manage the account related activities including liaising and coordination with the internal Client Success & Marketing team.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Build and maintain lead generation database.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Communication.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation with a specialty in private equity is highly regarded.
  • Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management and reporting back to management in a timely manner.
  • Pro-active self-starter, fast learner, open-minded with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Experience with cold calling, CRM, business networking & creating new business niche, market research and database management.

  • Good problem-solving skills, strong in project and time management.

Other Skills

  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in excel and other windows-based software.
