IT Operation Manager

We are working with a Fintech to search for an IT Operation Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain ITIL best practices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulatory guidelines and security protocols.
• Lead the resolution of IT incidents and problems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
• Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor’s in IT-related discipline
• At least 8 years of IT experience
• MUST HAVE:

1. Experienced in IT Operations Management
2. Experience in IT systems in the bank
