We're seeking an experienced Fintech Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute a diverse range of projects spanning from traditional IT to cutting-edge blockchain initiatives, utilizing Agile methodologies and leveraging your expertise in the fintech landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive business cases for fintech projects, encompassing aspects from traditional IT solutions to blockchain implementations.

Ensure the execution of projects aligns with identified business needs, meeting predefined parameters of cost, duration, and quality.

Procurement:

Lead and execute the procurement of digital systems for fintech projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Apply relevant project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices, to ensure the success of fintech initiatives.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks associated with fintech projects and analyze their implications for the organization.

Propose and implement mitigating measures to address these risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Actively engage and motivate key partners, both internal and external, to drive positive changes in digital products within the fintech domain.

Budget and Scope Management:

Oversee budget management, risk assessment, and project scope processes for fintech projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in the fintech industry.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively influence key stakeholders in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
