About the Role

As part of our rapid expansion, Lightnet is now seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Operations Manager to join our Singapore team. The Business Development & Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's commercials to increase transactions from both B2B, B2C, and C2C customers. This includes developing and managing sales and marketing plans, building and managing relationships with key customers and partners, and overseeing the company's pricing and promotions strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales targets to increase transactions from B2B, B2C, or C2C customers.
  • Source and prioritize business accounts or prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with the latest market trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in cross border payments or SME sales.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and C2C sales.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
