By working with different stakeholders, you will make meaningful impact in building trust and accountability within crypto ecosystem.

We are looking for our new Head of Banking Operations (Singapore) with a smart mind that tackles challenges with a hands-on attitude and improvement-oriented mindset. In this position, you report directly to the Global Head of Banking Operations in Switzerland.

What we offer:

Implement robust performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability within the team.

• Responsible for a team of four in charge of running Funds Operations, Brokerage & Custody operations for Digital Assets products.
• Provide support to Global Banking Operations by overseeing both operational continuity and transformative initiatives.
• Supervise the creation and execution of operational protocols and procedures, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficacy, cutting costs, promoting automation, and elevating customer satisfaction.
• Define operational user prerequisites and conduct user acceptance tests.
• Organize the deployment and operational integration of new products and services.
• Ensure the establishment of robust risk management frameworks across all departments.
• Collaborate closely with other senior management members to craft and implement organizational objectives and targets.

Role reports into Global Head Banking Operations in Switzerland

What you offer:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years’ banking experience
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services, fund operations a plus
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and build strong relationships
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
• Strong ownership, relentlessly resourceful, enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
• Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain
