The Role

The ideal candidate will collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, lead M&A processes and integration. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability.

Your Profile

We look forward to meeting candidates with at least 15-20 years of operations/strategy/finance experience in banking or technology industry. Ideally candidates who are passionate to build a career within the fintech sector, is a self-starter and is able to work in a startup environment.
