Integrated Marketing & Communications Manager

What you will do:

• Create promotional and publicity initiatives to increase our brand image and visibility
• Plan, execute and manage online & offline activities in the earned media space
• Develop relationships with local media and crypto-asset partners
• Responsible for contacting and organizing media-related public relations activities
• Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy when required
• Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it complies with the company brand
• Check and manage content produced for all communication channels
• Serve as a community manager for social media channels
• Develop and review the online content in media announcements and media kits
• Budget, control, and analyze publicity expenses according to the company’s development strategy

The Candidate:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Communication / Public Relations
• At least a bachelor’s degree (Major in Marketing or equivalent)
• Attune to developing and implementing digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO / SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising.
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms (Linkedin, Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Strong project and program management skills; experience in prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to converse in Mandarin is a strong advantage to liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Great passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, the fintech industry and/or other relevant industries
• Has extensive connections in the media industry focusing on Singapore and crypto-asset media
