Job Description

At Wise, we're on a mission to build the best way to move and manage money internationally. We're making financial services more fair, accessible, and affordable for people and businesses worldwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.

Your Mission

As a Growth Marketing Manager for SEA, you will:

1. Drive growth initiatives and strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.
2. Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact.
3. Lead product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences.
4. Experiment with new paid channels to identify and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition.
5. Collaborate with local partners, including travel agencies, platforms, and expat groups, to explore innovative avenues for transaction volume growth.
6. Manage social media content, ensuring engaging and relevant material that resonates with our target audience in SEA.
7. Work closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.

About You

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of marketing experience in the SEA region, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech or related industries.
• Localization Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of local nuances across SEA markets and are skilled in tailoring strategies to fit diverse cultural contexts.
• Team Collaboration: You are a proactive team player with excellent project planning skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Data-Driven: Your approach is rooted in analytics; you leverage data to inform decisions and drive growth.
• Creativity: You bring creative flair to your strategies, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and achieve objectives.
• Communication: You are an effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders.
