Business Analyst (Fintech)

We are currently looking for a bright, and tenacious Senior Business Analyst, experienced with Banking Projects.

You love collaborating with a large team, handling multiple stakeholders with large-scale scope, and are experienced in delivering complex, enterprise-level IT projects.

Working location: Singapore

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively gather business requirements and understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements for LOS systems, banking systems, etc.
• Analyze requirements from customers from both business and end-user perspectives.
• Ensure clear understanding of business requirements by the development team and provide input to design and product specifications.
• Document functional and business requirements.
• Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flows.
• Track all change requests from customers and manage project requirements, specifications, and change requests.
• Work closely with the development team to review specifications, conduct Q&A sessions, provide consultancy on solutions, and resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of software development processes and experience in Banking products and projects with critical functional knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio, Miro, prototyping, wireframe, and use case tools.
• Strong business analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to grasp complex software systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience in creating clear, concise documentation.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure.
• Able to travel.

Preferred:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Practitioner of BABOK.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) is a major advantage.
• Good knowledge of UML.
• Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
• Experience in international projects is a plus.
