IT Manager (Work location: East)

A rapidly expanding fintech company is looking to hire an IT Manager to join their growing team. This is an individual contributor position and will report directly into the Head of IT.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Team management: Leading and supervising IT teams, including IT professionals, analysts, and support staff.
• Infrastructure management: Overseeing the maintenance, upgrade, and security of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Project management: Planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Budgeting and cost management: Managing IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and making financial decisions.
• Vendor management: Building and maintaining relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service quality.
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating IT-related risks, ensuring compliance with security and data protection regulations.
• Technical expertise: Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, providing technical guidance, and making informed decisions.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT management roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, infrastructure and data centers.
• Knowledge in MAS TRM is a must.
• Knowledge in Cloud Technologies i.e. Azure will be a huge bonus.
• Experience in firewalls is a must.
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are advantageous.
