About the Role

As part of our expansion, Lightnet is now seeking a highly motivated Partner Engagement Specialist - Onboarding to join our Singapore team. The Partner Engagement Specialist will work hand in hand with the Commercial, Compliance and Technical teams to successfully onboard the new clients. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within the assigned partner organizations.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted consultative relationships with Lightnet internal stakeholders
  • Onboard new Clients into the company seamlessly
  • Work with executive sponsors to design and execute a success plan for each Partner/Client
  • Maintain daily tracker of activities and weekly reporting
  • Develop and implement best practices for effective Partner/Client management
  • Establish a standard cadence of communication internally and externally to ensure success
  • Build business decks and proposals as required
  • Setup and create customer transactions where required

Requirements

  • Ability to be proactive in identifying problems and solutions
  • Ability to get into the weeds, but take yourself out of them as well
  • Ability to be flexible with end goal in mind
  • Exhibit phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
  • Superior client service and relationship skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Diploma/Degree
  • Experience in Digital/Technology Partner or Client Success Management is a plus
