Project Manager, Web 3.0 Technology Specialist

Our client is an asset management and fintech firm, they provide digital asset management service such as Web 3.0 solutions, digital custody service to clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Technology Project Manager in Web 3.0 expertise and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

· Lead and monitor the end-to-end project management cycle for Web 3.0 initiatives

· Manage the project process such as planning, execution, delivery etc

· Colloborate with different stakeholders such as developers, product managers, designers to get the projects done according to the optimal timeslots and budgets

· Monitor project progress and evaluate performance, identify potential issues and come out with solutions and plans

· Liaise with the senior management and clients on project updates and progress

· Build an cohesive and collaborative team culture and best industry practices

· Stay abreast of the latest trends in Web 3.0 technologies, update and educate colleagues

Key responsibilities:

· At least 5 years of technology project management experience with solid exposure to Web 3.0 technology, blockchain and decentralized applications

· Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other disciplines

· Strong technical knowledge including Web 3.0, blockchain fundamentals, decentralized networks, smart contracts, token economics etc

· Strong project management experience, certified project management professional (PMP) or other related qualification is preferred

· Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Motivated, diligent and detailed-minded
