Job Description

As the Director of Content Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s voice and presence across all digital platforms. Reporting into the Global Head of Brand and Content, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all content related to our products. Your leadership will ensure the content marketing team excels in creating compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, drives engagement, and supports our overall marketing objectives. This position calls for a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and operational expertise, including the integration of AI tools into our workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal design team and manage external design and content resources to produce high-quality content.


You Will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, brand identity, and audience needs.
  • Lead the creation of content across various formats (blogs, product guides, videos, case studies) to support product launches, updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of content creators, editors, and strategists. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
  • Identify and integrate AI tools and technologies into content creation and distribution workflows to increase efficiency, creativity, and personalisation.
  • Establish and refine content production processes to ensure the team can produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently. Implement best practices for content lifecycle management from ideation to publication and analysis.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimised for search and user experience across all channels, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, and print.
  • Define content marketing success metrics and implement systems to track and analyse content performance. Use insights to inform future content strategies and optimisations.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to create a unified and effective content strategy.

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies for tech products with a user first approach.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience in coaching and team development.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies relevant to content marketing and their integration into workflows.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with experience in producing content that engages and converts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
