Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and culture.
- Identify training needs through regular assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, and design customized learning solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs on various topics, including technical skills, leadership development, compliance training, and soft skills.
- Coordinate and facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews for employees in collaboration with department managers, providing constructive feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and setting OKR.
- Partner with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage external resources and best practices.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Serve as a speaker and facilitator for training sessions, workshops, and events, delivering engaging and informative presentations on a variety of topics related to employee development, organizational culture, and professional skills.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, talent management, and HR technology, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful learning and development programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals and measure their impact on organizational performance.
- Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) are desirable.
- A passion for learning and personal development, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
