Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and culture.
  2. Identify training needs through regular assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, and design customized learning solutions to address them.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs on various topics, including technical skills, leadership development, compliance training, and soft skills.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.
  5. Conduct quarterly performance reviews for employees in collaboration with department managers, providing constructive feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and setting OKR.
  6. Partner with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage external resources and best practices.
  7. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  8. Serve as a speaker and facilitator for training sessions, workshops, and events, delivering engaging and informative presentations on a variety of topics related to employee development, organizational culture, and professional skills.
  9. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, talent management, and HR technology, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or fintech environment.
  3. Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful learning and development programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  4. Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals and measure their impact on organizational performance.
  5. Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) are desirable.
  6. A passion for learning and personal development, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
