You will be:

Responsibilities:

1. To provide prompt, excellent and end to end customer service for customers:

• seeking to purchase any insurance product
• require assistance with claims
• renewing their policies
• general product inquiries
• on all touch points for Insurance

2. To ensure that CRM and dashboard are updated daily with all relevant information.

Requirements:

• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)
• CMFAS certifications in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A)
• 1-2 years of insurance sales experience

Soft Skills:

• Customer oriented, sharp mind and superior communication skills
• Hungry with high sense of urgency
• Possess a strong learning mindset.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and growth-charged environment
• Passionate about FinTech and InsurTech
