Accounts Executive

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

· Ensure accurate and timely accounting of company activities such as month end close; A/P, A/R, G/L, etc.

· Prepare internal and external reports on a regular basis

· Manage expense claims, and filings with the relevant tax authorities

· Engage, liaise and coordinate with outsourced corporate services firm on audit & compliance

· Assist in internal audits prior to being audited externally

· Support budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned

· Work with other teams to improve overall processes

· Work on other accounting & manager assignments

· Assist with corporate secretarial and compliance duties within the company

· Other Ad-hoc Accounts duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/ Management Accounting / Finance LCCI/ CATs or equivalents

· Meticulous with a keen eye for numbers and details

· Familiar with Singapore FRS and IRAS regulations

· Prior working experience in Fintech/Internet/E-commerce will be an added advantage

· Team player, independent, good problem-solving and organization skills

· Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision

· Happy to work in a small size firm that is growing.

· Excellent in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel etc..) Microsoft Teams and Accounting system

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

· Ability to start work within short notice will be ideal

Location and Working Hours:

●Availability: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), Monday to Friday

Salary Range:

Negotiable based on candidates' actual working experience.
