Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about driving organizational success through effective human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive orientation.
  • Managing the payroll process for Singapore and the Philippines.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with department managers to support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, employee benefits and perks, team bonding activities and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices, trends, and regulations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications such as IHRP or SHRM.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems, identify solutions and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems/HRMS and any other HR softwares
