Responsibilities:
1. Conduct manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes on our electronic fact find application.
2. Develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
3. Execute test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies
4. Document and track bugs, errors, and other issues using bug tracking tools (specific tool to be discussed during onboarding).
5. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve identified issues promptly.
6. Perform regression testing to verify previously identified issues have been resolved and new changes have not introduced additional problems.
7. Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for improving the usability, functionality, and overall quality of the electronic fact find application.
Requirements:
1. Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch products.
2. Strong communication skills, capable of clearly documenting and expressing issues and feedback.
3. Ability to commit to three weeks, with scheduling open for discussion during interviews.
4. Prior experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role
5. Familiarity with insurance is advantageous
