Team Introduction
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Lead of the global customer due diligence program for the Global Payments company
- Build relationships with business partners in social media, e-commerce, gaming and other areas to expand KYC protocols and principles while managing business expectations
- Develop and maintain procedures which meet regulatory requirements around CDD/KYC
- Implement new systems to streamline KYC

Qualifications

- Have a strong understanding of cross-border jurisdictional CDD requirements specifically in the e-commerce and banking/payments space
- Understand the principles of KYC onboarding to include name screening, PEP management, customer risk ratings and CIP
- Strong technical knowledge with an understanding of AML/CFT legislation
- Experience implementing CDD/KYC systems in global organizations and utilizing automation/technology to streamline the KYC process
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Effective problem solver and possesses excellent time management skills
- Ability to work methodically and accurately
- Excellent team player, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic
- Ambitious to learn and be challenged, detailed oriented
