Standard Chartered nexus is looking for a sales hunter creating new bank partnerships across Asia Pacific ownership. You will be responsible for managing sales activities and ensuring the achievement of significant new revenue growth targets.
What you will be doing:
  • Present to prospective banks: Value proposition, system demonstrations, manage technology workshops, and business case construction
  • Develop and deliver proposals taking into account customer needs, market conditions and priorities
  • Exceed annual regional goals for software licensing and professional services contracts
  • Partner with sales engineers, professional services, and marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns

What you need to be successful in this role:
  • 5+ years account management in financial technology and/or consulting
  • Experience in Solution sales cycle and process to banks/financial technology
  • Rigor, discipline and structure in all customer engagements and internal governance

We are also looking for:
  • An understanding of banks and the issues they face ranging from technology, regulatory and commercial
  • Tenacity in lead generation and customer follow up
  • Interest and excitement in regard to Financial Services and Technology
  • Consistent track record of achieving targets and goals
