About the Role

iCapital’s business is growing rapidly, successful candidates will join in our efforts to help iCapital clients in APAC to access alternative investments. iCapital is looking for a talented Associate - Enterprise Integration Technical Manager to join the Enterprise Integration Group in Singapore. The role encompasses supporting the technical operational needs of all platform offerings as well as supporting and identifying the development of custom features for new partners including providing support to design unique platform workflows.  The ideal candidate has a penchant for knowledge, a hunger for growth and learning, and will embrace a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
As an Associate - Enterprise Integration Technical Manager, you will be supporting multiple projects and tasks concurrently. This may include:

  • Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform; develop in-depth understanding of the platform and proactively identify issues and areas for improvement 
  • Work with senior team members to scope, prepare and manage detailed and technical implementation tasks and responsibility lists for timely and successful platform & fund launches
  • Work with senior team members to support the launch of new clients & funds:
    • Configure bespoke platform settings
    • Manage user setup
    • Map offering documents
    • Test setup prior to release
  • Handle internal and external client platform update requests via the team’s ticketing system
  • Lead efforts to implement and troubleshoot integration connections (usually SFTP) between clients, vendors, and iCapital
  • Support data integrations with clients/vendors.

Qualifications

  • Academic and/or professional qualification: B.Sc in computer or related fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in business integration, project implementation or technology
  • Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry (analyzing system workflows and business process flows) is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures
  • Demonstrate initiative, passion and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves, get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and high degree of accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, other languages are a plus
