What you will be doing:
Our Manager, Sales & Partnerships role will be handling market development and creating new bank partnerships across Asia Pacific, ensuring the achievement of significant new revenue growth targets.

  • Create and execute a sales strategy to develop new bank partnerships across the APAC region
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within target banks to drive revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed revenue growth targets through new bank partnerships
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop creative solutions for new bank partnerships
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales activities
  • Present solutions and deliver presentations to C-level executives at target banks
  • Present to prospective banks: Value proposition, system demonstrations, manage technology workshops, and business case construction
  • Develop and deliver proposals, taking into account customer needs, market conditions and priorities
  • Exceed annual regional goals for software licensing and professional services contracts
  • Partner with sales engineers, professional services, and marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns

What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of account management in financial technology and/or consulting
  • Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the banking as a service space
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the banking industry in APAC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Rigor, discipline and structure in all customer engagements and internal governance

We are also looking for:
  • Understanding of banks and the issues they face ranging from technology, regulatory and commercial
  • Tenacity in lead generation and customer follow up
  • Interest and excitement in regard to Financial Services and Technology
  • Consistent track record of achieving targets and goals
