About the role:

What will you be doing?

• Work within the Brand Marketing team to make the brand's strategy come alive through strong visuals and copywriting
• Create eye-catching visuals spanning social media banners, event invitations, presentations, email banners, GIFs and videos
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all visual content is consistent with the brand's messaging and positioning.
• Assist with the development of visual guidelines and templates for the brand, ensuring that all visual content meets established standards.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that the company's visual identity remains current and relevant.
• Assist with copywriting for employer branding and social media campaigns

What do you need to have?

• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Background in graphic design and a portfolio that you're proud to share with us - ideally, experience working with Figma (as that's what we use internally)
• Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong copywriting skills and a passion for all things brand marketing.
