Sales Operations Analyst

Introduction to the role:
Our client, a global FinTech MNC is looking for Sales Operations Analysts to support the Launch of a New Credit Card with a partner bank.
In this role you'll be working with both internal stakeholders & the client partner's stakeholder to ensure the smooth delivery of a credit card project.
You be working with both Sales & Operations lead to understand what needs to be done.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Sales Support to the Team who are delivering to the client.
  
• Process the onboarding of customer information.
  
• Contacting customers to validate - missing/incorrect date.
  
• Perform Desk Research
  

Key experiences

• Sales Operations Analyst (sales-support related)
  
• Banking experience
  

• 1-2 years of experience supporting sales leads in go to market execution.
  
• Outbound sales experience is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.
