Trade Floor Application Support - Leading Investment Bank

Responsibilities:

• Provide applications support across Front Office order management, market data, risk systems, etc. 
• Work closely with front office users including traders and quants to provide technical and functional support and root cause analysis
• Manage Application and Infrastructure changes and upgrades. 

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of application support experience in the finance industry, ideally in a front-office trading environment. 
• Good knowledge of UNIX/ Linux, SQL/ Oracle, and Shell/ Perl. FIX protocol is a plus
• FICC business domain knowledge is a big bonus
• Excellent command of English, good communication, and interpersonal skills. Mandarin/ Japanese/ Indonesian is a plus because the role provides support for different users in the APAC region
• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
