We are building the next generation of fintech services. Our new Senior Software Engineer will have a unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of this critical system, leveraging data, distributed systems, and AI to build advanced financial services, reduce risk and enhance our capabilities. The role spans the full SDLC from requirements capture, systems design, implementation, testing, and operational support.
Attracting world-class architectural talent is crucial to our long-term success. We are also keen to contribute to the broader external engineering community in the form of blogs, talks, and open source tools.
What You'll Do:
As a senior software engineer in the AI Modeling team, you will be working closely with ML scientists to build machine learning models for autonomous AI agents. These AI agents will transform the way we provide support and automation solutions for both our internal teams and external customers. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the machine learning models and tooling to support advanced agent capabilities in support of our customers, automation, search, and data analysis. Your role is crucial in driving innovation and setting the standard for future developments in this exciting new field.

What You Need to Have:
- 5 years in full-stack software development, with a passion for AI and language technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, C++/C or another programming language
- Experience in building machine learning frameworks and tooling
- Experience training and fine-tuning machine learning models
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, NSight, etc
- Experience in design and development of large-scale distributed, high concurrency, high load, high availability systems;
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.
