We’re looking to add a Program Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.

As a Program Executive, you will:

• Perform order processing and forecast loading.
• Prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate with departments to ensure targeted product, volume, and shipment levels.
• Release and maintain Work Orders (WO) and Sale Orders (SO) in SAP, ensuring timely shipments.
• Participate in NPI Projects and Interplant Product Transfer activities.
• Interact with customers regarding parts allocation and premium buys authorization.
• Attend customer conference calls.
• Verify purchase order accuracy before entry, including ensuring the correctness of part numbers, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), shipping modes, and requested ship dates.
• Collaborate with departments to fulfil customer requirements.
• Advise customers on shipment dates and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and expedite overdue AR closure with customer.
• Issue Credit and Debit Memos and handle finance inquiries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team on the cost reduction projects
• Manage ECO administration and respond to customer inquiries.
• Analyze invoice and price variances, reconcile ICC, and manage inventory.
• Prepare business reports on Sales, Inventory, PPV, AR, and Margin.
• Meet KPI targets and perform other duties assigned by Program Manager.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma in any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Background in product costing and some planning & fulfilment experience
• Experience in a contract manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
