Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our client's company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic planning in the fast-paced Web3 space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize the company’s financial performance, cash flow, and liquidity.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Support fundraising activities and investor relations, if applicable.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- 8+ years of financial experience, with a strong background in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations in Singapore and international markets.
- Proven experience in managing complex financial operations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
